STEP 1: PRIME
Remove excess Velvet Brow Mousse from the fluff brush by gently wiping on the tube rim for precise application.
STEP 2: VELVET UP
Starting from the inner corner, brush upwards and outwards through brows using short, feathering motions.

I like the formula. Adds some darkness to my brow hairs to help define them more. Wasn’t too stiff feeling either. I used another brow gel before that was too stiff and made my brows feel itchy. Great for fluffing and defining the brow hairs!

I have blond hair, and super light lashes and brows. So I need to add color. Just received my new Luminance Milano Brow Mousse today, and tried it immediately. It is a deep Brown color, but once I used the small detail brush to apply the mousse lightly, I went over it all with a natural hair brown brush. Works great! I can leave it just like this, or apply an eye brow powder over it. The Mousse really works well. Love my new Luminance Brow Mousse, and highly recommend.
