How do I apply it?

For LIGHT coverage, twirl a brush (the Luminance Milano Brush is ideal) in the powder, then glide it over your face. Blend it outwards and upwards.

For MEDIUM coverage, opt for a denser brush, or adjust the Luminance Milano Brush by pulling the sleeve up to compact the bristles, and press (rather than sweep) the powder onto your skin.

Power Powder

I have combination skin that tends to get extremely oily as the day progresses, especially when I wear foundation. I always rely on setting powders to stay matte and even. I ordered the white shade of this powder.This product is fantastic! It does not cake, or leave you with that weird dry/fuzzy look. It lasts longer than other powders. Previously, I'd been using the white Bobbi Brown setting powder, and the light Laura Mercier loose powder... Luminance Milano is soo much better and waay cheaper. I'm in my early 50s so I need to combat blemishes/blackheads without emphasizing the fine lines I'm starting to get. It's been hard finding a powder/foundation combo that can manage this. This is definitely the best formula for a powder I've come across in years. If you're deathly pale like me, that's always a necessity. Being in your 40s, there is no way to avoid the inevitable fine lines, wrinkles, and the extremes when you are tired or didnt sleep well and suddenly all those people who don't believe you are over 40 are asking if you feel ok because you aged 10 years overnight just by being tired. You know tomorrow you will be normal but wow does it all stand out today. If you arent there yet, the day will come. This powder is friggin craaaazy. It is by far my favorite product in 5 years, easily. I panic if i cant find it bc what if i need it? It truly blurs fine lines, even sometimes if i get bags from being up all night, you can barely see the line st all. It helps around eyes, mouth, forehead, etc. I use it on my entire face. I don't use alot but i dont skimp either. 90% of the time i am not using anything else except under eye concealer, mascara, eye liner. I live in the south so i tend to have color without trying so i dont use a foundation and rarely need a blush. For the record, i dont look 25 instead of 50 with it, i cant put an aga on it really but I do know when i use it, i dont have to be self conscious about my clear signs of aging, they are definitely blurrrrred!

GREAT setting powder

I have tried much more expensive powders and less expensive ones as well. This powder that it almost feels like it's actual magic. I've gone through a ton of setting powders. The first day I wore it my skin looked like it was photoshopped. I just thought I was having a good skin day and didn't think too much of the powder. After a few uses I kept getting compliments and I kept looking so good. no matter how rough my skin looks, the concealer + powder combo make me look flawless. sometimes after i finish applying concealer it looks a teensy big cakey or not perfect in some areas and as soon as i put on my powder, it disappears! it also controls my oily skin (especially my t zone).

Quality and color match

I am a no fuss make-up gal that likes a quality setting powder that will cover my "age spots", smooth out my skin tone and actually match my apparently-hard-to-match skin color. I am 62, olive skin, with the normal amount of wrinkles and sun-damaged skin from those years of sun worship in my youth. I was reluctant to believe that a face powder would not settle in my lines and make my skin look dry. This setting powder does neither. And I guess it's not just a typical powder. It goes on smooth and light, and does what I wanted...smooths out my splotchy skin. It doesn't completely cover the brown age spots, but it certainly tones them down. I often like a setting powder that leaves me with a more "dewy" look than this, but, honestly, I've decided that those face powders are settling in my laugh lines and do not look as smooth as this Luminance Milano. In addition, I have a yellow undertone to my skin and often times find setting powders either too pink or just not quite right. Honestly, I am stunned at how well this smooths out my skin and yet looks like I have no make-up on at all. It is true that you can build it and get more coverage, but no amount of building will cover my spots completely. If I want to do that, I have to spend more time using a true concealer, but this setting powder is so easy to put on, and looks so good as is, I just brush it on, use a brow pencil and mascara and I'm out the door. (I do also use another brand of powdered "warmth" to just give a quick brush to my cheek bones for a little color) Love this stuff. Thank you, Luminance Milano!

I saw someone on Youtube recommend this for setting the under eyes and face, so I thought why not give it a try. I own a lot of makeup and it varies from high end makeup to drug store makeup.
